We all have an inner child

But most likely, they're silent now because growing up kinda sucks sometimes and we have to balance on the rope of the rat race. We had to stop "being kids". We have to "be realistic". We have to "set real goals" and not "idealize things".

I've always been fascinated by the inner child philosophy and when I got on my meds and began to feel stabilized, I decided to tell my grown up self to take the stick out of her ass and awaken her inner kid.
There comes a point where you need your inner kid to get you through the day and remember WHY you wanted to live in this big wide world. Why you used to idealize being "big" and wanting to do anything. Yet now that we are "big", we feel so frustrated in life.

Also with school being back n shit I just felt this song was relevant LOL
